Actively participate with healthcare professionals in determining accurate and appropriate medication regimens for each individual resident
Verification of dosing regimens , including review of therapeutic duplications , allergies , and diagnosis 
Requirements
A clinically skilled individual able to set their own pace while working well with others would be desirable
Shift includes 24 hours / week , hours will vary
Weekend and Holiday rotation
